Overall

Best landlord experience I've had in 10 years of renting

Greenfield was incredibly responsive whenever something needed fixing. They replaced our HVAC within 48 hours of reporting it in July. Rent increases were always communicated 90 days in advance and were reasonable. Got my full deposit back within a week of moving out. Highly recommend.

Solid management company, minor communication delays

Overall a great experience. The property was in excellent condition when we moved in. Maintenance requests were usually handled within a week, though sometimes communication could be slow. Lease terms were clear and they honored everything they promised.
